Indiana attorney Kyle Chamberlin founded Chamberlin Legal in 2026. His practice focuses on general business counsel and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to entering private practice in 2022, Kyle spent over a decade working in the trenches as an in-house attorney for closely-held businesses.
Mr. Chamberlin is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
Kyle is a lifelong St. Joseph County resident and is always seeking to learn something new about the region. He and his wife Katie reside in Mishawaka with their incredibly spoiled miniature dachshund. They enjoy traveling, particularly for theater in New York, new dining experiences, and outdoor adventures off the beaten path.
Kyle is from a family of teachers and, as a proud alumnus of Mishawaka High School, is passionate about public education. He currently instructs an undergraduate course at Notre Dame encouraging students to consider K-12 teaching in their vocational discernment.
Kyle engages as often as possible with the performing arts — now mostly as an audience member, but still occasionally as an amateur musician. And he finds great joy in supporting South Bend’s arts organizations as a member of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County’s Arts Everywhere Committee.
Despite a complete lack of athleticism, he loves sports and outdoor recreation. In college, Kyle was a member of the marching band’s drumline and the Notre Dame Cheerleading team. He remains in a perpetual battle to control his emotions when cheering on the Fighting Irish.
